OurValley.com's mission is to improve the economy of the Wyoming
Valley.
In
an effort to re-infuse the local economy, we will strive to
re-acquire business in our community that has been lost to Internet
companies that are based outside our valley. As such, we are
dedicated to becoming the most comprehensive community Website in
the Wyoming Valley.
The Wyoming Valley has a great collection of products and services
(many of which are mom-and-pop, family run businesses whose hard
work and history helped build what the valley is today) that we feel
are often overshadowed by large, often impersonal corporations.
Thus, in an effort to reverse this trend, we will work diligently
with our partners to increase consumer awareness and accessibility
of these local products and services, and as a result, enable our
Valley to reach its true (untapped) potential.
